Update other assigned audit tasks in Audit Workspace

  • Update the audit tasks such as walkthroughs and interviews that are assigned to you when you get a notification.

    Role required: sn_audit_ws.auditor, sn_audit.user

    About this task

    Audit tasks are completed throughout an engagement and provide documented evidence that the organization is complying with external regulations and internal policies.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Audit > Audit Workspace.
    2. Select the tasks icon (Tasks icon.).
      The workspace opens listing All tasks in the My pending tasks tab. You can view All – Audit tasks assigned to you.
    3. Select the audit task record either an interview, activity, or a walkthrough that you want to update in the Name column.
      The record opens in the Overview tab displaying the workflow of its state.
    4. Select the Details tab to review and update the audit task details.
      In addition to entering other details, you can also move the state of the audit task to Work In Progress, Review, or Close Complete.
    5. Select Save.
