Create a compliance case in the Compliance Workspace

  • Report any violation of the organization's policies or guidelines by using the Compliance Case Management application. By reporting a case, you reduce and avert the adverse regulatory actions that could impact the company's financials, reputation, and growth.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst and sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_manager

    About this task

    Your users can report a case to the compliance teams through phone calls or emails. The compliance teams can then create these cases in the Compliance Workspace and attach the relevant details to the case.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Compliance Workspace.
    2. Select the Compliance case management icon ().
    3. From the options available in Create, select Case.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

    5. Select Save.
