Create the contact import rules

    • Create a contact import rule to apply on the User table. You can then filter out the users as the contacts for emergency notifications.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_bcm.admin

    About this task

    The default table on which the contact import rule is applied is the User table [sys_user]. The sys_id of the user table and the unique contact ID of the Contacts table are mapped.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Business Continuity > Everbridge Contact Configuration > Contact Import Rules.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information, see Contact Import Rules form.
    4. Select Submit.
