Use the Entity type new record form to create an entity type depending on your business requirement.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the entity type such as Business Processes, Services, or Facilities.
Compliance Score Percentage	Compliance score percentage for the entity type as defined in the Policy and Compliance Management application. Auto-populated field.
Active	Option to mark the entity type as active.
Description	Description for the entity type.
Pillar	Category that is used to organize your risk data and that an entity type is assigned to. The available options are as follows: Services Process Suppliers Technology Facilities People
Settings
Functional domain	Functional domain for the entity, for example, IT and risk compliance.
