Activate Now Assist skills in Now Assist for Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Activate a skill before you can use the generative AI capabilities for the Now Assist for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) application.

Before you begin

Install the Now Assist for IRM plugin (sn_irm_gen_ai).

Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Admin Center > Now Assist Admin.
2. On the Now Assist Skills tab, under the Technology workflow group, select IRM.
3. On the Now Assist skills for IRM page, activate a skill by selecting Activate skill.
4. Review the details of the skills on each tab, configure the skills, and select Save and continue.

   You can return to a previous step by using the Back button.

5. Review your choices and select Activate.
   Your skill is configured.

You can perform the following actions on Now Assist skills if you have the sn_generative_ai.nsa_admin role:

• Edit a Now Assist skill.
• Make a copy of a Now Assist skill.
• Troubleshoot a Now Assist skill.
