Set up an approval configuration record

Set up an approval configuration record to enable multiple levels of approvals and select approvers for each level based on approval rules.

Before you begin

The GRC: Approver Configurator (sn_grc_appr) application for approval configurations is installed with the GRC: Policy and Compliance Management application.

Role required: sn_grc_appr.admin, sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst, sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_manager

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Approval Configurator > Approval Configurations.
2. Select New.

   The Approval Configuration New Record is displayed.

   

3. On the form, fill in the fields.
   For information on the fields in the form, see Approval Configuration New Record.

   Note:

   You cannot have more than one approval configuration applying to the table with the same priority.
4. Select Submit.

• Approval Configuration New Record
  Use the Approval Configuration New Record form to create an approval configuration record.
• Assignment Configuration New Record
  Use the Assignment Configuration new record form to create auto-assignments for regulatory events of the type regulatory alert.
