Combine assessments for control attestations

  • Provide response to similar assessments by grouping the assessments for a user in the Tasks page of the Compliance Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Compliance Workspace.
    2. Select the tasks icon (Tasks icon.).
    3. Select the Control attestations on the left panel.
    4. From the My pending tasks related list, select the assessment instances on the right panel that you wish to group.
      Once you select more than one assessment instance records, the Combine button is enabled.
    5. Select the Combine button.
    6. In the Combine pop-up, enter a name for the assessments that you are grouping.
      If you do not enter a name, then the name defaults to the assessment name, which is GRC attestation.
    7. Click Proceed.

      The individual assessments are listed in the Control attestations list, and the grouped assessments in the Combined Assessments list in the My pending tasks related list.

      The selected assessments are grouped under one attestation name. You can respond to the assessments individually or as one in the grouped combined assessments. You can respond to one assessment even if you had grouped them. The Combined Assessments lists only those assessments that have not been taken.

    8. Select the assessment and answer the questions.

    9. Select the check box in the Submit combined assessment pop-up and click the Submit all button to submit the assessments.
    10. Navigate to My pending tasks, and refresh the page.
      Since you completed the assessments, the Combined Assessments and Control attestations lists are removed.
    11. Navigate to the Controls related list of the Control objective record page in the Compliance Workspace.
      You can view the completed assessments from their states for different entities.
