Create feedback in the Risk Workspace

  • Create feedback on a record or fields in a record, to recommend improvements related to data integrity, compliance, operational procedures, and other pertinent areas, such as disposition and accountability.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_rvw_feedback.reviewer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Risk > Risk Workspace.
    2. Select the list list icon. icon.
    3. From the list, navigate to Parallel Review and Feedback and select Feedback.
    4. Select New.
    5. On the form, fill in the fields.

      For a description of the field values on the Create New Feedback form, see Create New Feedback form.

    6. Select Save.
      The feedback is moved to the Draft state.
    7. To add feedback items, select the Items related list.
    8. Select New.
    9. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      State State of the feedback item. This field is automatically set to Open.
      Context Fields on the record on which you want to provide feedback.
      Reviewer comments Observations or feedback on the selected context.
      Respondent comments Comments or explanations provided by the respondent for the feedback. This is a read-only field for a reviewer.
    10. Select Save.
    11. Select Send feedback.
      The feedback is raised and assigned to the respondent. The feedback is moved to the Assigned state.
