The number of questionnaires that have past their due date. This allows the risk manager to track the number of overdue questionnaires and take necessary actions. |
| Orphan New Entities | Single score |
The number of new entities created weekly that do not have an owner. Orphan entities have risks and controls with no one acting upon those risks. This report allows the risk manager to track entities for which an owner is missing and identify an owner to respond to the survey. |
