Override metric data task response

    • As a metrics manager, if you think that the response provided for a quantitative or qualitative metric must be modified, you can edit the data and provide a justification for the modification.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_grc_metric.admin, sn_risk.admin, and sn_compliance.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Risk > Risk Workspace > Metrics > Metric data tasks.
    2. Open the task for which you want to edit the data.
    3. Under the Metric input section, select the Override Response option.
    4. In the Overridden response field, provide the new response.
    5. In the Justification field, provide a justification for overriding the previous data.
    6. In the Additional comments field, provide any additional comments that you have.
    7. Select Save.
