Approve the plan for the scenario analysis
Approve the plan for the scenario analysis in Operational Resilience Workspace if you're the plan approver. You can track the actions for the scenario analysis by checking your email notifications.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_oper_res.manager
Procedure
- Navigate to All > Operational Resilience Workspace > All scenario analysis and select the scenario analysis that you’re working on.

Log in as the plan approver of the scenario analysis and navigate to the
Approvals tab.
A sample scenario analysis form is shown in the following example.

Check your emails for notifications.

Log in as an administrator and navigate to All
> Emails in the application UI.
During the execution of a scenario analysis, the email notifications are automatically sent to the owner, approver, and participants. You can view the email notifications as displayed in the following example.

In the email record, select Preview Email.
The Preview Email is displayed as shown in the following example.

In the email, select Approve.
You can approve or reject the scenario analysis from the Comments section or you can view the Approval Request links as shown in the example. The approved analysis is updated to the Analyze state. The rejected scenario analysis is reset to the Draft state.

Log in as an administrator and navigate to All
> Emails in the application UI.

To approve, reject, or cancel the scenario analysis, double-click the state
column on the Approval tab.
A sample form for updating the state of the scenario analysis is shown in the following example.

In the scenario analysis form, select Save.
As a plan approver, you've approved the scenario analysis as shown in the following example.
