Import policy text for redlining

  • Import the policy text as an attachment if you’re unable to do the word editing.

    Role required: sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst

    About this task

    You can import the content only when you’re the policy owner and the policy must also be in Draft state.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Compliance Workspace.
    2. In the Compliance Workspace, select the List icon ().
    3. Navigate to Compliance library > My policies.
      You can create a new policy or open a record to enable the redlining feature.
    4. Select a policy to open.
    5. Select a Policy text related list to view the contents of the policy text.
      If you do not have Microsoft or Google Drive integration, then you can import the policy text as an attachment. You can import the content only when you’re the policy owner and the policy must also be in Draft state.
    6. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Administration > GRC properties.
    7. Select the option None in the Select a file sharing service to host documents and attachments system property list.
      1. Select the Import policy text button.
      2. Select Add File in the Import policy text pop-up.
      3. Select Import.
        The content of the file can be previewed in the Policy text field.
