Configure Entity-based access

    • Configure entity-based access by installing the Entity-based Access Configurations plugin and enabling properties for record types.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_privacy.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System definition > Plugins.
    2. Find the Entity Based Access Configurations plugin by using the filter criteria and search bar.
    3. Select a version from the list and select Install.
      The plugin is installed in your instance.
    4. Navigate to All > Entity Based Access Configurations > Properties.
    5. Enable the Entity-based access on record types related to entity property.
    6. Select Save.

    Result

    Based on your selected settings, the entity-based access properties are configured in your system.
