    • The Personal Data Rights Workspace offers you the ability to create new personal data rights request and view the requests by their type, due date, and status.

    From the homepage you can create a new PDR request. The following are the sections on the home page.

    Overview section

    The overview section displays the tasks that need attention and are either overdue or are about to be overdue. It also shows the requests by type and by requester. You can also view the tasks by status and the summary of the previous 12 months.

    Task overview

    In the task overview section, you can view the tasks by their SLA and by their status. You can click on each item on the charts to obtain more details.
