Privacy Management email notifications
Reminders enable relevant users to perform their assessments and complete the tasks associated with them.
By default, the Privacy Management application includes the following types of
email notifications.
- Email notifications to the entity owner for privacy screening assessment.
- Email notifications to the entity owner for privacy impact assessment.
- Email notification received for Entity owner for when Privacy Assessment is cancelled when Assessment is in Open state.
- Email notification received for Entity owner for when Privacy Assessment is cancelled when Assessment is in Work-in-progress state.
The following table describes the recipient list of notifications and the associated conditions when a notification is sent.
