Train and use the similarity solution to recommend citations on regulatory alerts

Train and use the machine learning solution by activating the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Predictive Intelligence plugin. The solution enables the system to automatically recommend correct citations on regulatory alerts to associate.

Before you begin

Make sure that the following plugins are activated.

• GRC Profiles
• Predictive Intelligence

Role required: ml_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Similarity > Solution Definitions.
2. Select the Recommend citations on regulatory alerts solution.
3. On the Similarity Definition form, fill in the fields.
   For a description of the fields, see Similarity Definition Form.
4. Select the appropriate button for the solution definition.

   Option	Description
   Save	Save your solution definition record so that you can return to it later.
   Update and Retrain	Modify your solution definition and train it.

• Auto-assign configuration for regulatory alerts
  Set up an assignment configuration record to enable auto-assignments for regulatory alerts of the type regulatory event.
• Similarity Definition Form
  Use the Similarity Definition Form form in Compliance Workspace to create a similarity definition for regulatory compliance mapping.
