    • Activate and configure the smart assessment response assist skill in Now Assist to automatically draft responses for assessment questionnaires by using previously answered questions, contextual data and supporting documents, enhancing accuracy, reducing redundancy, and maintaining consistency across assessments.

    Before you begin

    Install the Now Assist for Smart Assessment Engine plugin (sn_smart_ai_assist).

    Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

    About this task

    Note:
    The Smart Assessment Response Assist is on by default. If you turned it off, follow the steps in this task to turn it on.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Admin Center > Now Assist Admin.
    2. On the Now Assist Skills tab, under the Technology workflow group, select Risk & Sustainability.
    3. On the Now Assist skills for Risk & Sustainability page, select Turn on under the Smart Assessment Response Assist skill.
    4. Select Turn on.
    5. Choose how to proceed after activating the skill.

      Return to list Select Risk & Sustainability.
      Stay on page Close the dialog box.

    Result

    The Smart Assessment Response Assist skill is active and available for assessment questionnaires. Configure the skill at the template category level as needed.
