Link subflow to template category

Linking a subflow to action categories ensures that this action becomes available in the action set. Template designers can configure these actions based on specific criteria to trigger automatically once the assessment is completed.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_smart_asmt.assessment_admin or sn_smart_asmt.template_manager and sn_smart_imp_auto.automation_creator

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Smart assessment engine > Administration > Template categories.
2. Select the relevant template category.
3. Select Action categories.
4. Select Edit.
5. From the Collection list select the subflow that needs to be linked to the action set and move it to Action categories list.
6. Select Save.
