## Key Features

* **Session Preparation:** A Technical Accelerator Consultant provisions a temporary ServiceNow instance, installs Event Management and the Event Generator application.
* **Customer Coaching Session #1 (up to 1.5 hours):** Covers an overview of Event Management, Service Operations Workspace, Alert Console, connectors, and event rules.
