    Jumpstart Your AI Data Explorer provides Impact customers with guided coaching and applied demonstrations to quickly get started with AI Data Explorer, ServiceNow's platform analytics natural language data exploration tool. It enables business users to ask questions in plain language, generate AI-powered insights and visualizations, and collaborate on findings across ServiceNow and external data sources without the need for any technical expertise.

    This offering accelerates time to value, builds team confidence through an applied experience, and introduces leading practices to help your organization drive data-informed decisions faster.

    Prerequisites

    • Customers should identify business users or teams who would benefit from natural language data exploration
    • No technical skills are required for participants

    System Administrator(s) Maintains the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform by performing application maintenance, managing support for cases related to ServiceNow applications, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
    Business Analyst(s) Responsible for identifying and translating business reporting needs into actionable insights using AI Data Explorer. Works closely with Platform Owners and System Administrators to ensure data and reports align with business goals.
    Trusted Service Partners Attend ServiceNow Impact Accelerator coaching session(s) to understand leading practices and potentially support the customer going forward.
