View a concise summary of a Consumption Report in Impact, including adoption of recommended applications, active Now Support cases with response times, and usage of developer support and Instance Observer seats.

## Before you begin

Configure the ServiceNow Otto for Impact Consumption Report summarization for Impact to use the generative AI skills. Note:  
Access to the Consumption Report summarization with ServiceNow Otto for Impact feature requires a Pro Plus license for any ServiceNow product.

Role required: Impact App Admin, Impact Platform Owner, Impact Portfolio Owner.

## About this task

Use the ServiceNow Otto based Consumption Report summary to view the following:

* Details of Accelerator usage and its alignment with business objectives.
* Overview of active Now Support cases, with details on response times for P1 and P2 cases and current resolution progress.
* Current usage overview for Developer Support and Instance Observer seats highlighting any over or under allocations.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllImpactConsumption Report.
2. Select Summarize.  
   ServiceNow Otto for Impact generates and displays summary information for the outcome, as shown in the following example.
3. **Optional:** Provide feedback for the summary by selecting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons.
4. **Optional:** Select the Copy to clipboard icon ![Copy to clipboard]() to use the summary outside of the app (for example, to include in an email).
5. **Optional:** If you think that data might have changed after you viewed the summary, refresh the summary information by selecting the redo icon ![Refresh]().
