# Consumption Report in Impact Delivery Instance {#ariaid-title1}

Get an overview of your Impact tier features and their usage.
The Consumption Report provides an overview of Impact features and their usage so you can identify underutilized benefits or benefits you have not yet used to make the most of your plan.

The Consumption Report filters usage to an adjustable specific period of time, and defaults to a year long range.  
Note:  
Impact Guided customers will not see the Premium role or Advisory Sessions section.

You can find this report within the Impact menu under Impact \> Impact Benefits \& Usage.

| Report | Description |

| Advisory Sessions | Identify the advisory session requests and reviewing details for an advisory including name, owner,state, creation and completion dates. |
| Accelerators | Identify unused or underused Accelerators by reviewing the status details for ongoing, completed, and not yet started Accelerators and Initiatives associated with your plan. View Accelerator details including name, owner, state, creation and completion dates. |
| Other Initiatives | Identify unused or underused initiatives by reviewing the status details for ongoing, completed, and not yet started Initiatives associated with your plan. View initiative details including name, owner, state, creation and completion dates. |
| Additional features | Check the overview of additional features including: * Enhanced case response time * Company active case breakdown * Company learning credit balance * Users with premium access {#ide-consumption-report__ul_g2b_nry_t1c} |

## Upgrade to the Impact Store Application

This feature is in the Impact Delivery Instance. Download Impact from the ServiceNow store to take advantage of the latest features directly in your instance. See [Install Impact](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/75CiWr1d_E598FokiesPDg "Follow these instructions to install the Impact Store Application.") for more information.  
Note:  
The Impact Delivery Instance, \[impact.servicenow.com\], won't include new features.
