The Consumption Report in ServiceNow’s Impact environment offers a comprehensive view of your Impact tier features and their usage. It helps you identify underutilized or unused benefits within your plan, enabling you to optimize your subscription effectively. You can filter usage data over a customizable time period, with a default setting of one year.

Accessing the Consumption Report
- Impact Delivery Instance: Navigate to Impact > Impact Benefits & Usage > Consumption Report.
- Impact Store Application: Navigate to All > Impact > Consumption Report, then select the Consumption Report menu item in the Impact workspace.
Key Features in Impact Delivery Instance Consumption Report
- Advisory Sessions: Review advisory session requests, including their name, owner, state, creation, and completion dates to track usage and progress.
- Accelerators: Identify unused or underused Accelerators by viewing their status (ongoing, completed, or not started). Details include name, owner, state, creation, and completion dates.
- Other Initiatives: Similar to Accelerators, track usage status of Initiatives linked to your plan with detailed information.
- Additional Features Overview: Monitor enhanced case response times, active case distribution across your company, learning credit balances, users with premium access, and more.

- Accelerator and Initiatives Usage: Track status and utilization of Architecture, Strategy, and Technical Accelerators, including those in progress or unused.
- Company Active Cases Breakdown: Monitor active Now Support cases by priority (P1 to P4) with links to detailed case information on the Now Support portal.
- Enhanced Case Response Time: View response times for Impact P1 and P2 cases and access case details to ensure timely support.
- Instance Observer Users: Manage seats that allow users to monitor and analyze ServiceNow instances, including details on usernames, access status, locked status, and permissions.
- Developer Support Users: Identify who is available for troubleshooting and support on customizations, with detailed user status and permissions. Note that developer support users are managed in Impact Delivery Instance.

The Consumption Report provides an overview of Impact features and their usage so you can identify underutilized benefits or benefits you have not yet used to make the most of your plan.
The Consumption Report filters usage to an adjustable specific period of time, and defaults to a year long range.

To access the Consumption Report in Impact store application, navigate to , and then select the Consumption Report menu item in the Impact workspace.

| Company Active cases breakdown | Track the number of active Now Support cases for your company by priority level ranging from P1 (Severe) to P4 (Low). Links enable you to access details for the cases in the case level groups on the Now Support portal. |
| Enhanced Case Response Time | Check the overview of the enhanced case response time for Impact P1 and P2 support cases for your account. The View response time link provides access to a case list on the Now Support portal. |
