# Summarize outcomes with ServiceNow Otto {#ariaid-title1}

View a concise summary of your operational outcomes in Impact, including positive or negative outcome trends, adoption of recommended applications, and consumption of related Accelerators.

## Before you begin

Note:  
Access to the Outcomes summarization feature is determined by your Impact Package or a Pro Plus license for any ServiceNow product.

Role required: Impact App Admin, Impact Platform Owner, Impact Portfolio Owner

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllImpactValue Management.
2. Select one of the following to open the desired outcomes page.

   | Option | Action |
   | Outcomes Insights | 1. Select the Outcomes Insights menu item under Value Management. 2. Select the desired insight. 3. In the Quick links section, select the Outcome details page link. {#gen-ai-based-outcome-summarizatio__ol_pnr_3zs_djc} |
   | Objectives and Outcomes | 1. Select the Objectives and Outcomes menu item under Value Management. 2. On the Manage objectives and outcomes page, select the row for the outcome you want to review. 3. 3. In the Summarize this Outcome section, select Summarize.  
   ServiceNow Otto® generates and displays summary information for the outcome, as shown in the following example.
4. **Optional:** Provide feedback for the summary by selecting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons.
5. **Optional:** Select the Copy to clipboard icon ![Copy to clipboard]() to access the summary outside of the app (for example, to include in an email).
6. **Optional:** If you think that data might have changed after you viewed the summary, refresh the summary information by selecting the redo icon ![]().
