Monitor Zero Copy Connector for ERP transactions and logged errors

Use the monitoring feature to track the progress of each ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transaction and view logged errors.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_erp_integration.erp_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Zero Copy Connector for ERP > Zero Copy Connector for ERP Home.
2. Open the ERP monitor page by selecting the monitor icon in the side panel.
3. Select the Asynchronous transactions, Synchronous transactions, and Logged errors tabs to view information.

   

   Filter the information as needed. For example, show only successes, failures, or information for a specific system.

  Export Zero Copy Connector for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transaction information such as failures and usage. Filter the data as needed and then export to Excel, CSV, JSON, or PDF format.
