Attachments

The Attachment components enable you to upload or download attachments from table records in the RPA Hub and get the metadata of the attachments.

In the Attachment component, all file types supported by ServiceNow tables are included.

• Use the DownloadAttachment component
  Download the attachments from the ServiceNow table record to the local drive by using the DownloadAttachment component in the RPA Desktop Design Studio.
• Use the GetAttachmentsMetadata component
  Get the metadata of all attachments that are associated with a ServiceNow table record by using the GetAttachmentsMetadata component in the RPA Desktop Design Studio.
• Use the UploadAttachment component
  Attach documents to a table record in the RPA Hub by using the UploadAttachment component in the RPA Desktop Design Studio.
