Edit a robot schedule in RPA Hub
Edit a robot schedule of a bot process on the Robot Calendar tab in RPA Hub to resolve any scheduling conflicts or to modify the details on the schedule form.
Before you begin
Perform the following tasks before you edit a robot schedule:
- Ensure you are familiar with robot calendar concepts. For more information, see Using the robot calendar for RPA Hub and View current robot events in RPA Hub.
- Create an unattended robot. On the robot form, ensure that you select the Robot Type field as Unattended. For more information, see Create an unattended robot in RPA Hub.
- Establish the robot connection to an unattended bot process. For more information, see Assign a robot to a bot process in RPA Hub.
- Create a schedule for a unattended bot process to view some schedules on the robot calendar. For more information, see Create a schedule on the robot calendar in RPA Hub or Create a schedule within a bot process in RPA Hub.
- Verify that the life-cycle stage of the associated bot process isn’t set to Retired.
- Ensure that the RPA developer (sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_developer) or the RPA support user (sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_support_user) are in the Managed by Group list of the associated bot process.
Role required: sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_release_manager, sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_developer, sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_support_user, or sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_admin
Procedure

View a robot calendar either from a robot or from a bot process.
Option Action View a robot calendar from a robot - On the Lists tab, under Administration, select Robots.
- Open a robot to view the robot calendar.
- In the form header, select Robot Calendar.
View a robot calendar from a bot process - On the Lists tab, under Build, select Bot Process.
- Open a bot process to view the robot calendar.
- In the form header, select Show Robot Calendar.
- In the Select the robot to view the calendar dialog box, select a robot from the Robot list.
- Select Continue.
- Optional:
To view more bot processes, select the filter icon (
) and add the appropriate Process Name filter and Life Cycle Stage Status filter.

To edit a schedule, perform any of the following tasks.
Option Action Right-click an event Right-click an event (schedule) and select Edit schedule. Select the event pop-up window Select the edit schedule icon ( ) on the event pop-up window.
- Optional: If the life-cycle stage status of the bot process is set to Published and you want to change the status to In Maintenance, select Continue in the Confirmation dialog box.
- On the Edit schedule form, update the fields as appropriate.
- Optional: To identify any further conflicts in the schedule or preview the schedule, select Preview.

Perform any of the following tasks to save the schedule:
- To save the schedule, select Save.
- To save the schedule and publish the bot process, select the down arrow in the Save button and select Save and Publish.
