Deactivate a use case

    • Deactivate a use case to stop it from being applied during document processing when it is no longer relevant to your document intelligence workflows.

    Before you begin

    Role required: DocIntel Admin role [sn_docintel.admin] or DocIntel Manager role [sn_docintel.manager]

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > AI Admin Hub > Skills.
    2. In the workflow list, select Platform.
    3. In the Platform skills list, find a applicable skill.
    4. Select Edit in the options menu () for that skill.
    5. In the row of the use case you want to deactivate, select Deactivate in the options menu ().
    6. In the confirmation box, select Yes.

    Result

    The use case is deactivated and isn’t applied during document processing.
