Kentik analysis AI agent
This AI agent fetches the incident insights report for a Kentik alert.
Workflow
- Determine what information the customer is asking about.
- If available, get the Kentik source service and Kentik destination service. Otherwise, ask the user for this information.
- Use the Get Kentik insights report tool to obtain a summary.
- Display the output of the summary to the user.
- After answering the user's question, ask two follow-up questions from the Kentik Suggested Follow-up Prompts list.

| Manage long-term memory |
When enabled, all previous user interactions are used as context for the LLM. This value is off (false) by default. This setting is defined by the sn_aia.ltm.enable_long_term_memory system property. For more information, see ServiceNow Otto AI agents reference. |
