This AI agent fetches the incident insights report for a new relic incident.

## Workflow {#itom-obs-new-relic-analysis-ai-agent__zsmdlwierhjt}

The agent is able to answer questions about alerts, including impact assessment, root cause theories, recent deployments, service ownership and impact, user impact, and engineering team contacts.

1. Use the Get and Persist New Relic insights report tool to fetch an incident insights report using the incident_id from the alert information retrieval AI agent.
2. Before answering the user's question, inform the user: Fetching New Relic's insights report, this information is considered stale after 15 minutes.
3. In a separate message, use the output of the alert information retrieval AI agent and the New Relic Insights report to answer the user's question.
4. After answering the user's question, ask two follow-up questions from the New Relic Suggested Follow-up Prompts list.
