Add issues to a demand

  • Add an issue to a demand to escalate a risk or to track an unexpected problem. If the issue remains unresolved, unnecessary conflicts, delays, or even a failure can occur.

    Before you begin

    Role required: it_demand_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Portfolio Planning Workspace.
    2. Select the Demands icon.
    3. Open a demand from the All Demands list.
    4. Select Details from the navigation menu.
    5. Select the Issues tab.
      Note:
      If the Issues tab isn't visible, select More > Issues.
    6. Select New.
    7. On the Issue form, fill in the fields.

    8. Select Save.
