Images in Docs
You can insert images in or adding a web URL. You can also save images from your demand documents directly to your device, to share or use them outside Docs. For more information, see Add images in demand Docs or download them.
Dynamic data linking in Docs
Keep record information in your documentation current and reduce manual effort with the Dynamic data linking feature in Docs. You can automatically reflect the latest updates from ServiceNow application records or fields in a record by including references to them. You can add references from any ServiceNow table you have access to.
For example, if you add a reference to an Incident record, the reference shows the latest field information of the incident in Docs.
