Demands Dashboard
The Demands Dashboard provides a visual summary of demand data directly in the Next Experience for Demand Management. The dashboard and demand list views are available from the same workspace, with filters that apply across all widgets.
Navigating to Demands from the main navigation menu opens the dashboard by default and organizes information into three tabs:
- The Overview tab summarizes demand distribution and analysis, inactive demands, overdue tasks, demands pending conversion, recently created demands, and risk vs. score.
- The Financials tab summarizes planned cost, financial benefit, and return on investment (ROI) by investment type.
- The Data Quality tab highlights demand records that are missing key information, organized into groups for demands, demands in screening and qualified states, demand tasks, and demand assessments.
Selecting a widget, or selecting View all on a list widget, opens the underlying records with the same filters applied.
The Demands dashboard provides the following benefits:
- Summarizes demand volume, cost, benefit, and risk information without requiring you to open individual demand records.
- Filters data by department, business unit, portfolio, program, or demand manager, applying the selection to every widget on the dashboard.
- Drills from a demand table-related (dmn_demand) widget directly into the filtered list of demands associated with it.
- Drills from any other table-related widget into a filtered list of records in the classic UI in a new browser tab.
