Submit a demand

    • Submit a demand record after the required details are complete to progress the demand from the Draft state to the next states of its life cycle.

    Before you begin

    Role required: it_demand_manager, it_demand_user

    About this task

    The submit option is available only when the demand is in the Draft state.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Strategic Planning Workspace.
    2. Select the Demands icon.
    3. Open a demand from the All Demands list.
    4. Select Details from the navigation menu.
    5. Select Submit demand.
