Assign the test cases in a test plan to users with the tester (tm_tester) role and to
business users.

Test cases can be assigned to users from the Test Plan form or from the Visual Task
Board (VTB) view of the test cases in the test plan.

Users with the tm_tester role can perform testing from the Test Plan form or the Test
Case form, the VTB, or by using the guided test execution feature. Business users can only
perform testing using the guided test execution.
