Suspend an account when there's a budget constraint or the account owner isn't available in the organization. Only admins and account owners can see the suspended accounts.

## Before you begin

An account requires a suspend profile to be suspended. For more information, see [Set up suspension of an AWS account using service control policy](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/2ckUNBKfsfVlL4HjFDAcFQ "Set up a restriction on cloud account creation. For example, when the account owner isn’t in the organization or if there are budget constraints. Using Cloud Account Management, admin adds the account number to the AWS organization's service control policy, promoting existing accounts to continue to function normally while blocking new account creation.").

Role required: sn_itom_cam.cw_admin or sn_itom_cam.cw_requestor

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllCloud WorkspaceHome.
