AWS datacenter pattern-based discovery
Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns finds AWS Regions for your AWS account on your cloud environment. Discovering some of these resources may require updating to the latest version of the Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns application from the ServiceNow Store.

Data collected by Discovery during horizontal discovery
Discovery populates the data in the CMDB when running the Amazon AWS Datacenter discovery pattern.

| Account Id [account_id] | Unique identifier (ID) for the AWS service account. |
| Object ID [object_id] | Unique ID for the AWS service account. |
| Datacenter Type [datacenter_type] | Type of datacenter. The value is set to AWS Datacenter [cmdb_ci_aws_datacenter]. |

The Amazon AWS Datacenter discovery pattern creates these relationships to support AWS datacenter discovery.
