Follow up on work notes and review service candidate

Track and follow up on work notes while reviewing the service candidate to ensure all actions and updates are captured. This helps maintain clarity and continuity in the review process, reducing the chances of missed details.

Before you begin

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin and sm_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Event Management > All Alerts.
   Note:

   Scroll down to an alert with Network Traffic as the group, and in the Group column, right-click and select Show Matching. This displays all alerts related to Network Traffic.
2. For the alert whose work notes you want to see, select the alert number.
3. On the Alert page, scroll down and select the Activities tab.
   You can view the work notes for the selected alert.
4. In the work notes, select the service candidate to view details.
   The Application Service Candidate page opens.
5. Select Preview Map Graph to view the service candidates mapping in the form of a graph.
   Service candidates mapping provides a visual representation of how different service candidates are connected, making it easier to understand relationships, identify potential issues, and analyze dependencies more effectively.
