    • Access Integrations Launchpad to configure and install integrations for Event Management monitoring tools.

    Before you begin

    Verify that you have installed the ITOM AIOps and Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugins.

    Ensure you're in the Configure IT Operations Management page.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin or evt_team_operator

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Configuration Summary > Event Management > Alert response.
    2. Expand Alert response.
    3. Select Install integrations.
    4. Select Install integrations in Integration Launchpad.
      The Integrations Launchpad page opens.
    5. Follow the steps in Integrations Launchpad in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM that apply to your integration installation.
    6. To complete the setup, select Mark as configured.
