Delete admin role from group

Delete the evt_mgmt_admin role from a group when you no longer need them.

Before you begin

Verify that you have installed the ITOM AIOps and ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugins.

Ensure you're in the Configure IT Operations Management page.

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin or evt_team_operator

Procedure

1. Navigate to Configuration Summary > Event Management > Platform foundations.
2. Expand Platform foundations.
3. Select Assign Event Management admins.
4. Select and open the group from which you want to remove the evt_mgmt_admin role.
5. On the Edit group page, select Remove role from group.
6. In the confirmation window, select Remove role.
   The evt_mgmt_admin role is removed from the specific group.
