    ITOM/OT SU Licensing overview

    The ITOM/OT SU Licensing application calculates and displays how many subscriptions for IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications your organization purchases and consumes. Subscriptions for the following ITOM applications are available: ServiceNow® ITOM Visibility, ServiceNow® ITOM Discovery, ServiceNow® ITOM AIOps, ServiceNow® Health Log Analytics, ServiceNow® ITOM Optimization, ServiceNow® ITOM Cloud Accelerate, ServiceNow® Digital End-User Experience (DEX), and ServiceNow® Service Observability. You can purchase subscriptions for each ITOM application separately (a la carte) or together (in a bundle).

    Viewing the usage of ITOM applications to make informed decisions about your ITOM subscriptions. You can use it to confirm your expectation of their license consumption, and if the measurement is higher than planned, either alter your usage of ITOM or increase your subscription.     Analyzing resource usage and status in comparison to your purchased subscriptions is facilitated by dashboard reports. These reports visually present both the daily usage count and the average consumption of subscription units over a 90-day period and let you see which resources are being counted for each ITOM application.
