    Setup Hub for ITOM overview

    You access Setup Hub from the Admin Home page. The Manage your products section organizes your licensed ServiceNow products into dedicated spaces for focused setup and configuration. Select IT Operations Management to access tailored administrative tools and overviews.

    The Welcome! Let's get started section walks first-time administrators through the initial ITOM setup process. Select Start setup to install all required applications and plug-ins needed to begin managing your IT infrastructure.

    Instance information provides visibility into your ITOM setup progress, including installed applications, available entitlements, and Now Assist skill deployment status. This helps administrators track implementation milestones and verify that all required components are properly configured.

    The Resources section helps you build foundational knowledge of ITOM. Watch an introductory video to get a quick overview of ITOM capabilities before diving into configuration.

    Install and configure ITOM applications

    Once you use Setup Hub to install ITOM, you can also use it to install ITOM Visibility and AIOps. Then, use the ITOM Configuration Console to configure Discovery and Event Management, two essential ITOM applications.The Configure IT Operations Management page where you can access the Discovery and Event Management modules.
