Install ITOM AIOps apps using Setup Hub

    • Install two plugins to enable ITOM AIOps functionality: ITOM AIOps and Now Assist for IT Operations Management.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
      The Admin Home page opens.

    2. In the IT Operations Management tile, select View product overview.
      The Welcome! Let's get started dialog box appears.

    3. Select Start setup.

      View all unavailable plugins in the Not Installed tab.

    4. Install the ITOM AIOps plugin by selecting the install icon (install icon).
    5. To select the Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin, perform the following steps:
      1. Select the Application manager icon (Application page icon).
      2. On the Application manager page, select Install.

      Both plugins are installed and listed in the Installed tab in the IT Operations Management page.
