Install ITOM Visibility using Setup Hub
Install all required ITOM Visibility applications and plugins from the IT Operations Management Product Hub.
Before you begin
Verify the following:
- You're using the Australia Patch 3, Zurich Patch 10, or later version of the ServiceNow AI Platform.
- You have installed the Now Assist for Platform plugin (sn_genai_platform).
- You have installed the Generative AI Controller plugin (sn_generative_ai).
- You have installed the Now Assist Skill Kit plugin (sn_skill_builder).
- You have installed the Now Assist for ITOM plugin. For more information, see Install the Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin.
- You have activated the Now Assist panel. For more information, see Activate the Now Assist panel standard chat.
- You have activated the following assistants:
- Now Assist - Platform assistant
- Now Assist in Virtual Agent
- You have activated Now LLM Service as a provider. For more information, see Manage AI models.
- You have set up AI Search. For more information, see AI Search readiness for Now Assist on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
- You have installed the following Setup Hub applications from the ServiceNow Store:
- Setup Hub (sn_ia)
- Setup Hub Common (sn_ia_common)
- Setup Hub Content (sn_ia_content)
- Setup Hub Core (sn_ia_now_assist)
- Setup Hub Configuration (sn_ia_config)

Applications are installed only if you have the license. If you don’t have the required license for an application, it isn’t installed.
