Run response actions on multiple alerts in Express List

Run response actions to efficiently remediate and respond to issues on multiple alerts directly from the Express List pane.

Before you begin

Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
2. From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon .
3. In the Active Alerts list, select the check boxes for desired alerts.
4. Select the Alert actions drop-down arrow to view Response actions.
   
5. Select a response action.

   

   Note:

   Numbers next to actions represent the number of alerts that can be addressed with that action. If the list is empty, no response actions are available.
   The Run response action modal appears. The modal describes the number of alerts addressed with the selected action, and lists the selected alerts that aren’t addressed.
