Deactivate integration

    • Deactivate integration allows you to temporarily disable an active connector integration without deleting it. This feature helps you manage integrations more effectively by pausing data flow when needed, reducing unnecessary event processing and improving system performance.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the bottom of the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon ITOM AIOps configuration center icon.
      The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.
    3. On the ITOM AIOps configuration center page, under the Setup > Integrations section, select Manage Installed integrations.
    4. Select the Installed integrations tab.
    5. For the integration that you want to deactivate, select the Ellipses icon (Ellipsis horizontal icon) and then select Deactivate.

      The selected integration is deactivated, and its status is shown as Inactive on the installation tile.
