Delete integration

    • Delete integration allows you to permanently remove a connector integration from your system. This feature helps you maintain a clean and organized system by eliminating unused or obsolete integrations, freeing up resources and reducing potential clutter.

    Before you begin

    Ensure the integration is deactivated.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the bottom of the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon ITOM AIOps configuration center icon.
      The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.
    3. On the ITOM AIOps configuration center page, under the Setup > Integrations section, select Manage Installed integrations.
    4. Select the Installed integrations tab.
    5. For the integration that you want to delete, select the Ellipses icon (Ellipsis horizontal icon) and then select Delete.

    6. On the confirmation window, select Delete.
      The integration is deleted.
