Install ITOM Mobile Agent

    Before you begin

    Service Reliability Management (SRM) services, service integrations, teams, and on-call schedules must be set up. ITOM Mobile Agent connects to your existing SRM setup, helping your teams manage alerts, incidents, tasks, and on-call schedules.

    About this task

    ITOM Mobile Agent runs in the ServiceNow Agent app. When you install ITOM Mobile Agent, your teams can access it in the ServiceNow Agent app on their devices.

    This procedure is for admins managing mobile access for their teams. If you aren't an admin and want to use ITOM Mobile Agent on your mobile device, see Download the ServiceNow Agent app.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Search for and select ITOM Mobile Agent.
      If you can't find ITOM Mobile Agent, request it from the ServiceNow Store.
    3. Review the listed dependencies and, if needed, install the required plugins and applications.
    4. Select Install.

      After the application is installed, your teams can access ITOM Mobile Agent by downloading the ServiceNow Agent app and logging in to the relevant instance.
