The different components on the Service Reliability Management (SRM) interface provide easy access to different functions. The features and functions that appear depend on your role and permissions.
The SRM interface has the following different sections:Figure 1. Interface sections
Note:
If you use other Service Operations Workspace (SOW) applications, you may see the SOW Home page instead of the SRM Home page. The SOW Home page includes SRM alerts and incidents in its metrics. Depending on
your role, you may see other icons in the primary navigation.
If you see the SOW Home page, select an SRM icon to view SRM-specific information.

Easy access to specific pages in SRM.
The primary navigation uses icons, including icons for Services, Reliability tasks, Teams, and Schedules. Use tooltips to identify them.
3 - Content headers
Tabs, cards, or buttons that provide the means to accomplish product-level tasks. The elements in the content header differ from one page to another.
4 - Content area
Canvas or the main area where you can gather information, read metrics, and perform tasks.
Note:
If you want to minimize the side panel on forms, by default, navigate to Preferences > Workspace and disable the Show sidebar option.
That action disables it across the Service Operations Workspace, not just SRM.
