Working with SRM reliability tasks

  • Alerts, incidents, and change requests are reliability tasks. From creation to resolution, SRM helps you manage your alerts throughout the response life cycle.

    The Reliability Tasks pane (Reliability tasks icon) has several tabs:

    The Express List pane (Express list icon) provides a focused view of alerts to help you monitor, evaluate, and resolve health issues efficiently. You can create alerts from SRM service pages or by using integrations. For more information on alerts, see Express List in the Service Operations Workspace for ITOM and Manually create an SRM alert.

    Responders and above are notified for updates to reliability tasks based on their notification preferences.
