Add comments to your change tasks

    • You can add comments to a change task from the Mobile Agent mobile application. For example, to add an insight about the change task or a discussion regarding the change task.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil or sn_change_write

    Procedure

    1. Tap Change Tasks to open the list of change tasks.
    2. Tap the change task to open the detailed view.
    3. Tap Add comment to add your worknotes.
